- Sailor Information: Names, ranks, rates, billets, and other professional details you enter when creating evaluations
- Accomplishment Data: Performance accomplishments and metrics you input
- Generated Content: AI-generated evaluation text, bullets, and statements

- Social Security Numbers (SSN)
- Department of Defense Identification Numbers (DOD ID)
- Dates of birth
- Home addresses or personal contact information
- Financial or medical information
- Classified or sensitive government information
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to:
- Generate AI-assisted evaluation content
- Save and manage your draft and completed evaluations
- Improve the quality of AI-generated suggestions
Data Storage
Local Storage
All evaluation data is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We do not maintain copies of your evaluations on external servers.
AI Processing
When you use AI generation features, the text you enter is transmitted to OpenAI's servers for processing. This data is:
- Used only to generate your requested content
- Subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and data handling practices
- Not stored permanently by our application after generation

- No cloud synchronization of evaluation content
